I can’t believe that people are actually arguing that, had the students at Virginia Tech had guns themselves, they would have survived the massacre. What a ludicrous proposal. Only in America – where over indulgence is literally the order of the day – would people think that arming yourself up to the nines with machine gun after machine gun would be a good way to keep from killing innocent people. Only in Virginia, where a 13-year-old child can buy an automatic weapon WITHOUT A LICENSE…
